A singular batch underwent complete carbonic maceration: coaxing wild berries and violet aromatics, brightening the hue, and softening its frame. Gently basket-pressed and matured for 12 months in French oak puncheons, this cool-climate Syrah fuses contemporary winemaking with traditional finesse.
