Sidewood Estate and Botanic Poetry have joined forces to create a bespoke experience, activating all your senses for the ultimate Hahndorf Immersed must-book event.

Starting with a sabrage masterclass, Sidewood Ambassador Serena Moorghen will demonstrate the ceremonial art of opening a champagne bottle with a saber, with select guests having the opportunity to try under her stewardship.

With a glass of delicious sparkling in hand, you will then be lead by celebrated local Adelaide Hills florist Donna Stoddard from Botanic Poetry to create your own spring bouquet to take home with a RRP of $60 per bunch. Flowers will be supplied and will feature spring natives from the Adelaide Hills.

Once you have finished your floral masterpiece, relax with other guests as your enjoy a stand up canapé style brunch, curated by head chef Jamie Carter as you sip sparkling and admire your creative works and listen to cool tunes.

The two-hour event starts at 10 am on Sunday 15 September.
The cost per person is $95 (+ booking fees) and includes flowers, food and two glasses of sparkling.
