Sidewood Sabrage Masterclass

$45 per person | 35 minutes    (min 2 people, one bottle per couple)

Learn the art of Sabrage, the traditional technique of opening a bottle of sparkling using a sword. We’ll walk you through our range of Adelaide Hills produced sparkling wines, then kick back, relax and enjoy the bottle you opened.

The Garden

Our garden space offers a relaxed and inviting atmosphere year-round, with plenty of seating spread across the bark chips and lawn. Enjoy the warmth of our toasty fireplaces in winter or soak up the sunshine in warmer months. A perfect spot to unwind with casual food and drinks or family outings with plenty of room (plus a swing set) for the kids.

Courtyard & Games Courts

18+ area only

Grab a glass of your favourite Sidewood Wine while you play lawn bowls, Petanque or Finska in our outdoor courtyard. This area is strictly 18+ adults only. Enjoy nibbles from our Apple Shed Bar on weekends.

Our wine flights are made up of 4 x 60ml pours and are designed for you to enjoy in your own time. Make your choice from the selection below and we will bring you your wines on a paddle to analyze and enjoy!
