The Sidewood Wine Club was established to reward and connect with our most loyal customers.
As a member, you will be a part of our purchase schedule to receive a dozen Sidewood Wines per annum, at whichever frequency you choose, and receive your wines at 20% off RRP. This applies to all of our collections, from Estate through to the world renown Mappinga range. You will also receive Wine Club only deals and promotions, access to new vintage pre-releases, invitations to exclusive events and more!
Becoming a member is easy –
Our new system allows members to 100% customise their delivery of wine. Wine is sent out at the intervals you choose (e.g. 3 months, 6 months etc), and you are able to change your preferences at any time. The week before we process your allocation, you will be notified by email that we will be charging your credit card, and you can expect to receive your delivery in the next 2 weeks. Please note that allocations will no longer be able to be taken from Cellar Door as of 1st of November 2018.

Wine Selections –
Sidewood Wine Club Members are obligated to two shipments of wine each year (12 x bottles total).
Please ensure you select which month’s you’d like to receive wine and what wine you’d like to receive.
Should you be unable to make payment or wish to skip an allocation, you can do so by logging into the member portal at any time to update your details. Your login details will be emailed to you upon completion of registration.
Payment details –
In the week before allocations when you receive your confirmation email, please check that your credit card and delivery details are up to date. If any of your details have changed, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible either by logging in and updating your account or contacting us directly at the office. Please be assured that your payment details are stored securely.
Membership requirements –
Failure to fulfil the 12-bottle requirement will result in a cancellation of membership… All failed attempts to process allocations are emailed to the member, and members receive a follow-up email in an attempt to rectify the failed allocation.
