Grapes from our award-winning Adelaide Hills vineyard are crushed and fermented at our winery in Nairne. We carefully remove the alcohol, ensuring the fresh aromas, vibrant flavours and chalky mouthful remain. Floral aromas with strawberry and red cherry are intertwined with luscious flavours of raspberry, red currant and boiled confectionary.
