NV Sidewood Estate Sparkling Shiraz

From our estate vineyards across the Adelaide Hills, this sparkling Shiraz is comprised of 12 separate clones, providing our team with an array of elements to blend. This wild yeast fermented wine was followed by 18 months maturation in larger format French Oak. Aromas of ripe blueberries and fragrant violets are supported by notes of red currant, dark chocolate and star anise. The robust and generous palate is rich with luscious fruit, entwined with mocha and white pepper. Fine tannins and a textured palate provide balance to this lively wine, making it versatile with a range of dishes.
