2023 Sidewood Estate Rosé

We carefully select fruit from our sustainably certified Estate. Perfectly ripened fruit is fermented traditionally in aged French Oak Barriques. Beneath its pretty salmon pink appearance is a deceptively complex, serious Rosé wine with a bouquet of wild strawberries, cranberries and subtle vanilla. The wine has a crisp, dry palate of summer berries, Red Delicious apple and a touch of spice maintains the perfect balance of minerality, length and style.
