Soft tannins and a round, rich mid-palate make this complex single vineyard, single clone wine an outstanding accompaniment to a range of meals. Get creative in the kitchen with freshly foraged pine mushrooms or acorn-fed pork and watch this wine enhance. Drinking beautifully now but will continue to evolve with careful cellaring.
