2014 Signature Isabella Rosé Sparkling Late Disgorged

This wine of extraordinary sophistication and poise is named after the owners’ and vignerons’ daughter, Isabella Rose.Sourced from hand harvested Chardonnay 40% and Pinot Noir grapes 60%. Gently pressed, free-run juice was fermented in tank, with full malolactic fermentation. Secondary ferment via ‘Méthode Traditionelle’ in bottle for a 10 years before hand riddling and disgorgement. This wine displays aromas of red berries with enticing delicate hints of pressed flowers, complex biscoff and spice. Flavours of wild strawberries, black cherries and citrus blossom intertwine with notes of toasted brioche, creating a vibrant palate that lingers with a beautifully balanced, textural finish.
