2019 Signature ‘777’ Pinot Noir

Displaying aromas of fresh rhubarb and tobacco leaf, the small-batch 777 Pinot is the ‘soloist’ opposed to the ‘orchestra’. This energetic Pinot Noir has integrated layers of wild raspberry, cherries, and plum. Soft tannins and a round, rich mid-palate make this a complex single vineyard, single clone wine.
This versatile wine makes an outstanding accompaniment to smoked duck, salmon gravlax, or Mushroom Risotto. Drinking beautifully now but will continue to evolve.
