VINIFICATION

Made from handpicked fruit grown in a single vineyard. Fermented naturally in small batches, with a portion of whole bunch and whole berries to build texture and complexity. Matured for 8 months in older French oak barrels, allowing the fruit and spice characters to shine without heavy oak influence.

VINTAGE CONDITIONS

Adelaide Hills conditions allowed even ripening and flavour development, producing fruit with depth, natural balance and aromatic lift. The result is a Pinot Noir with richness, structure and clarity.
