Set amongst eucalyptus and landscaped gardens, the Sidewood Restaurant is only a 25-minute drive from the CBD. It’s striking jet-black exterior and gable roofline contrasts with warm, natural materials of the interior, including giant Victoria ash trusses, local stone flooring and caramel leather banquettes. The venue features an eclectic collection of Australian art, including the works by Oslen, Blackman, Boissevain and Grey Smith.

The interior extends outside to an enormous hardwood deck catering to small and large group dining, under the shade of our marquee equipped with heaters for winter and misting fans for summer. Enjoy watching our chef hand-stretch dough for wood-fired pizzas and breads in the wood-fired stone oven.

For groups, Sidewood offers set menus with 3 or 5-course options, as well as a Chef's Selection shared-style menu.
Additionally, patrons can enjoy casual food and drink service from the Apple Shed Bar & Garden Bar on Saturdays and Sundays, offering a relaxed outdoor dining experience on the weekends.
