VINIFICATION

Made from a rare Pinot Noir clone grown in very small quantities. The fruit is handpicked and naturally fermented in small batches, with a small portion of whole bunches for added texture. The wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels (a small portion new) to enhance complexity while keeping the wine fresh and expressive.

VINTAGE CONDITIONS

Low-yielding vineyard conditions (5 t/ha) produced concentrated yet delicate fruit. The vintage allowed steady ripening, preserving natural acidity and aromatic lift, resulting in a finely balanced and expressive wine.
