Handpicked grapes are gently cold soaked, then naturally fermented in small open fermenters. A portion includes whole bunches for added structure, while one batch undergoes carbonic maceration to enhance bright fruit and floral character. Basket pressed and aged for 12 months in large French oak barrels for balance and complexity.

VINTAGE CONDITIONS

Adelaide Hills conditions supported slow ripening, preserving natural acidity and aromatic intensity. The result is a vibrant yet structured Syrah with freshness and clarity.
