A refined rosé sparkling named after the owners’ daughter, Isabella. Crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and aged for five years on lees, this wine balances elegance, richness and vibrant fruit expression.

TASTING NOTES

Bright and aromatic, with red berries and delicate floral notes. The palate is layered with strawberry, cherry and citrus, supported by a creamy texture, fresh acidity and a long, balanced finish.

VINIFICATION

Made from handpicked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, gently pressed and fermented in tank. The wine undergoes traditional method bottle fermentation and is aged on lees for five years to build texture and complexity, before being disgorged with a balanced dosage for a smooth finish.

Adelaide Hills conditions preserved bright fruit character and natural acidity, supporting both freshness and structure in this rosé style.
