Vinification
Harrison’s Syrah honours the founder’s son - a reminder that vision and origin can exist in the same bottle. Handpicked grapes were cold-soaked and wild fermented in small open fermenters, with whole bunch inclusion lending structure and texture. A singular batch underwent complete carbonic maceration: coaxing wild berries and violet aromatics, brightening the hue, and softening its frame. Gently basket-pressed and matured for 12 months in French oak puncheons, this cool-climate Syrah fuses contemporary winemaking with traditional finesse.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of blueberry compote and wild blackberry entwine through floral top
notes. Medium-bodied, supple, and elegant, Harrison’s Syrah is a timeless
expression of innovation and heritage.
