Limited Release – only 250 Dozen Produced

Produced from the rare ‘Oberlin’ clone, grown in only nine short rows at our Mappinga Road vineyards. Hand picked, then wild yeast fermented in small batches with a small amount of whole-bunch. Matured in large French oak barrels for eight months, following barrel selection. Showcasing bright aromas of wild strawberry, rose petal and black truffle combined with hints of forest floor. The palate combines flavours of plum and rhubarb with an alluring fine line of fresh acidity and mineral-like tannins.
