Vinification
We select sustainably grown grapes from our family-owned and managed vineyards across the cool climate region of the Adelaide Hills. Gently pressed taking the free run portion only prior to a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and vibrancy of this daring new Rose.

Tasting Notes
It’s time to be enchanted with the Mad Cat’s allure. Inspired by Dean Bowen’s sculpture, our wines offer a whimsical journey down the rabbit hole of wine. Where mischief meets tradition. Enticing with aromas of rose petal, strawberry and Pink Lady apple, with a glint of orange blossom. A vibrant and layered palate of fresh red berries, watermelon and citrus peel. A delectable dry and crisp finish, with vivid length.
