Made from handpicked fruit from a single vineyard and clone. Fermented in small batches with some whole bunches for added texture, followed by extended skin contact to deepen flavour and structure. Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels (30% new), with only a small number of barrels selected for this limited release.

The Ironstone Road vineyard’s iron-rich soils and low-yielding vines produced concentrated fruit with depth and richness. The 2021 vintage allowed full flavour development while retaining balance and structure.
