Pale tawny brown with golden caramel hues. Lifted aromas of spice, golden syrup, fig, coffee and honeyed fruit. The palate is dense and layered, with rich viscosity carrying flavours of Christmas pudding, honeycomb, toffee, caramel, sultana and fig. Sweet spice from oak and warming alcohol are balanced by acidity, finishing long with fig, prune and burnt honeycomb.
