Vinification
The first 100% Adelaide Hills No-Lo rosé wine! Using sustainably grown fruit from our award-winning Adelaide Hills vineyards, grapes are crushed and fermented at our winery in Nairne. We then carefully remove the alcohol using the spinning cone technique, ensuring fresh aromas and vibrant flavours remain, with a chalky mouthful for the complete drinking experience.

Tasting Notes
Floral aromas with strawberry and red cherry are intertwined with luscious flavours of raspberry, red currant and boiled confectionary. A clean, crisp finish of lime zest, balanced with juicy watermelon and rose petal. Enjoy as an aperitif for light seafood dishes such as prawn cocktails or ceviche.
