Vinification
We select sustainably grown grapes from our family-owned and managed vineyards across the cool climate region of the Adelaide Hills. A short soak on skins before gentle pressing, taking the free run portion only. A long, cool fermentation in stainless steel preserves the freshness and vibrancy of this contemporary Rose. 

Tasting Notes
Enticing with aromas of rose petal, strawberry and Pink Lady apple, with a glint of orange blossom. A vibrant and layered palate of fresh red berries, watermelon and citrus peel. A delectable dry and crisp finish, with vivid length.
