An elegant cool-climate Pinot Noir with wild strawberry, savoury spice and a refined, structured finish.
A refined Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir showcasing bright red fruit, savoury complexity and elegant structure. Crafted with whole-bunch fermentation and subtle French oak maturation, it delivers purity, texture and strong cellaring potential alongside immediate appeal.
Exotic aromas of wild strawberry and dark cherry with hints of forest floor and bay leaf. A seamless and elegant palate of fleshy red fruits layered with violet and spice. Delicate tannins are supported by generous length and drive.
Hand-picked from low-yielding vines across Mappinga Road, Charleston and Ironstone Road vineyards. Fruit chilled for 48 hours, wild fermented using a mix of partial whole-bunch and whole-berry techniques. Matured for 8 months in large format French oak (20% new) to build texture and integration.
Sourced from multiple cool-climate Adelaide Hills sites, supporting slow ripening, aromatic lift, natural acidity and fine tannin structure typical of the region.
