VITICULTURE & VINIFICATION

Hand-harvested 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir fruit was gently pressed, with only free-run juice selected for fermentation. Following full malolactic fermentation, the wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle using the Méthode Traditionnelle, before spending a minimum of five years on lees. Each bottle was hand riddled and disgorged prior to release.

VINTAGE CONDITIONS

The cool-climate Adelaide Hills provided ideal conditions for premium sparkling wine production, allowing fruit to retain natural acidity while developing flavour intensity and elegance. These characteristics underpin the wine's freshness, balance and longevity.
