A Mid-Winter Evening of Wine & Wonder

This June, we are delighted to introduce the first evening of our Exclusive Members Wine & Wonder Dinner Series with an intimate Mid-Winter Wine Dinner at Sidewood Estate.
Set within the elegant surrounds of our Gallery Restaurant, the evening has been thoughtfully designed to celebrate the richness and quiet beauty of winter in the Adelaide Hills. Guests will be welcomed to a shared long-table experience, where a carefully curated five-course menu reflects the warmth, depth, and seasonal produce of the region.
Each course will be complemented by wines from our Mappinga and Vigneron’s Release collections, alongside a selection of rare museum wines personally chosen from the cellar of Owner and Vigneron Owen Inglis. These pairings have been crafted to offer both harmony and discovery—an exploration of flavour that unfolds throughout the evening.

Hosted by Owen Inglis, Senior Winemaker Dylan Lee, and Head Chef Nick Filsell, the dinner offers a unique opportunity to connect with the people behind the wines and cuisine. Through conversation and shared experience, guests will gain insight into the craft, stories, and philosophy that shape Sidewood Estate.
With limited seating, this is an intimate and considered experience—one designed to be savoured at a slower winter pace.
