Vinification
From our estate vineyards across the Adelaide Hills, this sparkling Shiraz is comprised of 12 separate clones, providing our team with an array of elements to blend. Wild yeast fermented in larger format French Oak barrels for 18 months prior to secondary fermentation.

A playful deep purple hue with elegant, captivating bubbles, creating layers of texture and a luscious mouth feel. Our multi-vintage sparkling shiraz is sophisticated and harmonious boasting rich aromas of red plum, forest berries and raspberry liquorice that entice you into a
vibrant and subtly sweet experience. The palate ignites with flavours of blackberry jam, ripe strawberry and bramble leaf, accented by delicate baking spices and cinnamon shortcake. Each sip reveals new nuances, leading to a long and generous finish.
