SINGLE VINEYARD
Hand picked from our 777 clone Pinot Noir vines from our Mappinga vineyard. Hand sorted then wild fermented in small batches with a small amount of whole-bunch. Matured in larger French oak for 10 months, to retain clonal expression.

Tasting Notes
Displaying aromas of fresh rhubarb and tobacco leaf, this energetic Pinot Noir has integrated layers of wild raspberry, cherries and plum. Soft tannins and a round, rich mid-palate make this a complex single vineyard and unique single clone experience Drinking beautifully now but will continue to evolve.
