Equipped with various presses, temperature-controlled cool rooms, stainless-steel tanks, and a cutting-edge cross-flow filter, the winery ensures a gentle filtration process.

In 2016, Sidewood introduced the first-of-its-kind bottling line in the Adelaide Hills region, capable of canning, kegging, and bottling still and sparkling wines. With a capacity to handle 3000 bottles per hour or 5 million bottles annually, the line offers flexibility for small batch bottling, making it an attractive option for local producers, including small wineries, seeking to create sparkling wines like Moscato and Prosecco. The winery also features a cider production facility catering to various cider-making styles.

Hills Bottling & Canning, operating in collaboration with Sidewood at the Nairne Winery, serves as a contract bottling facility for local producers, providing the opportunity to bottle wines, ciders, and other beverages under pressure. This proximity to production areas makes it an excellent choice for sparkling wine production.
