The aroma carries floral notes with lifted strawberry and red cherry aromas. While the palate is filled with juicy raspberry, red currant and red berry flavours with a delicate confectionary note. This wine finishes clean and crisp with lime zest, watermelon and rose petal freshness.
Made from sustainably grown Adelaide Hills fruit, the wine is fermented before the alcohol is carefully removed using spinning cone technology, retaining fresh aromas, vibrant flavours and natural texture.
