An elegant cool-climate sparkling with strawberry, citrus and brioche complexity, finished with fine acidity and creamy texture.

A refined Adelaide Hills sparkling blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, showcasing vibrant red fruit, citrus freshness and layered brioche complexity. Crafted with wild fermentation, extended lees ageing and Charmat secondary fermentation, it delivers energy, texture and approachability.

TASTING NOTES

A lifted bouquet of strawberry, lemon citrus and subtle biscotti notes. The palate is elegant and well integrated, revealing strawberry, nectarine and cashew characters, with creamy texture from lees ageing. Bright acidity drives a fresh finish with lingering citrus and nougat notes.

VITICULTURE & VINIFICATION

Selected parcels of Pinot Noir (MV6, 114, 115) and Chardonnay (I10V1, Dijon B76, B95) were hand-picked and gently pressed, using only free-run juice.

Wild fermented in stainless steel, with partial malolactic fermentation in Chardonnay.

Extended time on lees, followed by secondary fermentation under the Charmat method for 4 weeks prior to estate bottling.

VINTAGE CONDITIONS

Sourced from cool-climate Adelaide Hills vineyards, allowing for high natural acidity, aromatic lift and balanced ripeness ideal for premium sparkling production.
