1. Birthdays

We love birthday’s which is why as a Member you’ll enjoy a $25 gift voucher from our online store every year to celebrate – also stay tuned for our massive exclusive Wine Club birthday specials in March each year

2. Cellar Door Benefits:

All Members plus one guest will receive complimentary tasting of our “Elite and Rare” wines at the Sidewood Cellar Door, usually $10pp.

3. Convenience

Shopping online is now a breeze thanks to 24/7 Member access with your own online Member Portal. You’ll be able to select your preferred wines, your preferred delivery month from the options available and where you’d like them delivered within Australia for your two or more annual allocations.

4. Events:

As a Wine Club Member you will get two tickets to each Wine Club exclusive event that is hosted throughout the year. You’ll also get priority offers to tickets to other Sidewood hosted events and Member prices where applicable.

9. Member Prices

All Sidewood Wine Club Members enjoy $15 added to their cart upon joining and 20% discount off ALL Sidewood products and FREE delivery for six bottles and over ($10 flat freight applies for under six bottles).

10. Member Rewards

We want to reward our most loyal and dedicated Members to show our appreciation for their continued support. For example, spend $500 with us over 12 months and we’ll reward you with $20 added to your shopping cart and $50 when you spend $1000!

11. Referral Rewards:

We like to reward referrals at Sidewood so please feel free to encourage your friends and family to become part of the Sidewood family. For each person you join up we’ll add $10 to your online shopping cart.

JOINING

1. How do I join the Sidewood Wine Club?

  • Online:
    1. Add 6 x Estate Range wines or 12 x Stable Hill Range wines to your online shopping cart and you will be prompted that you are eligible to join the Wine Club. Simply click the option to join rather than continuing shopping and get 20% off your current purchase OR;
    2. Fill in your online membership application by clicking here (this will take approximately five – ten minutes)
  • Cellar door:

Chat to Sidewood’s Cellar Door Manager if joining up at the Cellar Door.

  • Telephone:

Chat to your Sidewood Wine Club Membership Manger on 08 8389 9234 to sign up to the Wine Club today.

2. Do I have to provide my credit card details upon joining the Wine Club?

The Sidewood Wine Club is a commitment based membership to be able to receive the benefits of the Club so we do require a nominated credit card. All credit card information is secured behind a firewall that cannot be publicly accessed. All wine club sign ups can be requested to be electronic so the customer can input their credit card information themselves. We respect your privacy and do not release any of your details to any third party.

3. I live overseas, can I join up to the Sidewood Wine Club?

The Sidewood Wine Club is open to Australian residents only at this time.

4. Does Sidewood Estate take all major credit cards?

Sidewood Estate accepts VISA and Mastercard. Please note at this time Sidewood does not take Diners or AMEX.

5. Your Username and Password

You will receive a welcome email from the Sidewood Wine Club when you successfully join which includes your digital Wine Club Member handbook, tasting notes, food pairing suggestions and instructions on how to use your exclusive Members only Wine Club online portal. Please ensure if you are doing any online shopping on www.sidewood.com.au outside your annual allocation that you are logged in as a Member to access your benefits. YOUR COMMITMENT

At Sidewood Estate, our commitment to our Wine Club Members is to continue to strive to become one of the most successful and best value Adelaide Hills Wine Club programs.

1. What does is cost to join the Sidewood Wine Club?

We like to see our Members enjoying our wines hence there is no membership fee. All that is required to become a Member is to purchase six bottles of Sidewood Estate wine or 12 bottles of Stable Hill wine.

2. What am I signing up for?

You are signing up to join our VIP membership program which allows you to enjoy exclusive discounts, pricing, offers and priority service. See the full list of member benefits by clicking here.

3. What is my annual obligation?

Members are only committed to two six pack allocations from the Estate range per year. Schedule your preferred two delivery months for your two yearly allocations in February, May, August or November. See the Wine Club allocation packs available by clicking here.

4. Can I pay up front for an entire year?

Yes you are able to select your wine allocations for the entire year and make one upfront payment.

5. Can I pay per allocation?

Yes. If you pay per allocation you’ll receive notification from Sidewood at least five days before your credit card is charged. We will endeavour to do this in the first week of the month of the allocation.

6. Do I have to provide my credit card details upon joining the Wine Club?

If your allocation transaction was declined you will receive an email prompting you to rectify the payment or update your credit card details.

If you know you won’t be able to make payment and wish to skip an allocation or are having trouble to update your credit card details via the online portal please don’t hesitate to contact our Membership Co-ordinator on 08 8389 9234 or enquiries@sidewood.com.au.

HOT WEATHER POLICY

1. What happens if hot weather is forecasted when my allocation month is?

If your allocation falls over the hotter months and you haven’t received it within 10 working days of your credit card being processed it could be because of extreme heat.

Sidewood Estate reserves the right to hold/delay shipments during periods when there is extreme hot weather forecasted to ensure the quality of your wine isn’t compromised.  Sidewood endeavours to ensure the prompt delivery of your purchase when Sidewood deems the forecasted weather is suitable for transportation.

Please note that all Sidewood Estate wines and ciders are stored in fully climate controlled facilities and Sidewood do not cover or accept any responsibility for hot weather transport damage.

ALLOCATIONS

1. What is a wine allocation?

A twice per year commitment of six bottles of Sidewood Estate wine.

2. How many allocations per year am I committed to?

Each year you are committed to two allocations of six bottles of wine. You can select from two of the allocation months being February, May, August and November and can postpone or change at any time via your online Member portal as long as you purchase 12 bottles in a 12 month period.

Please note Sidewood Estate reserves the right to cancel a membership if a member does not fulfil their commitment to purchase 12 bottles over a year long period.

3. Can I receive Wine Club benefits if I shop outside the allocation period?

Absolutely, you are able to shop as a Wine Club Member by quoting your member number to the Cellar Door Manager or shopping online using your username and password to log onto the Sidewood Wine Club Member portal.

4. What wines are in the allocation shipments?

Wine Club Members are able to select from the following allocation options,

    6 x bottles of the Sidewood Estate Sauvignon Blanc
  • Sidewood Estate Pinot Gris Pack
    6 x bottles of the Sidewood Estate Pinot Gris

  • Sidewood Estate Pinot Noir Pack
    6 x bottles of the Sidewood Estate Pinot Noir
  • Sidewood Estate Shiraz Pack

  • Sidewood Estate NV Sparkling Pack
    6 x bottles of the Sidewood Estate NV Sparkling
  • Sidewood Estate White Pack

5. Can I change what wine is in my allocation shipment?

Absolutely, simply log onto the online Member portal, click “My Wine Selection” change your allocation and press “OK”.

6. Can I add more wine to my allocation shipment?

Yes, either shop online or please contact our Membership Co-ordinator on 08 8389 9234 or enquiries@sidewood.com.au with what you’d like added.

7. Can the Courier leave my wine on my porch for me?

Yes. Simply put a note in your special delivery instructions via the online portal and be sure to check mark the Authority To Leave (ATL) box.

8. I’m going away what will happen with my wine shipment?

Just let us know by phone or email and we can either postpone your delivery to a date most convenient for you or you can skip the allocation or give an alternative delivery address for the allocation.

1. How do I log onto the Sidewood Wine Club Member portal?

From www.sidewood.com.au simply click the Wine Club login button on the top left hand side of the page and enter your Username and Password you received in your welcome email.

2. How do I get my 20% discount shopping online?

Ensure you are logged into the online portal using your username and password given to you in your welcome email to enjoy the discount benefits of the Sidewood Wine Club.
