Cellar Door Benefits
All members + a guest will receive complimentary tastings of our limited release wines at the Sidewood Cellar Door – usually $10pp.
Shop online via the Member Portal to get exclusive access and discounts to our wines. The online portal also allows you to save your details for your upcoming allocations – so you can see and select which wines you wish to receive.
As a Wine Club Member you will get two tickets to each Wine Club exclusive event that is hosted throughout the year. You’ll also get priority offers to tickets to other Sidewood hosted events and Member prices where applicable.
Members enjoy first access to our new vintage wines, limited release Magnums and access to other wines not available to the general public.
Wine Club Welcome pack
To welcome you to the Sidewood Wine Club, you will be sent a pack containing the members handbook, Sidewood pen, Member’s Keyring with your membership number, and a welcome letter.
Welcome packs are sent out monthly.

As a Sidewood Wine Club member, you are entitled to receive 20% off our entire range of products online and at Cellar Door. You are also eligible to receive free shipping for all orders (6 bottles +).
1. How do I join the Sidewood Wine Club?
- Add 6 x Estate Range wines or 12 x Stable Hill Range wines to your online shopping cart and you will be prompted that you are eligible to join the Wine Club. Simply click the option to join rather than continuing shopping and get 20% off your current purchase OR;
- Fill in your online membership application by clicking here (this will take approximately five – ten minutes)

2. Do I have to provide my credit card details upon joining the Wine Club?
The Sidewood Wine Club is a commitment based membership to be able to receive the benefits of the Club so we do require a nominated credit card. All credit card information is secured behind a firewall that cannot be publicly accessed. All wine club sign ups can be requested to be electronic so the customer can input their credit card information themselves. We respect your privacy and do not release any of your details to any third party.
3. I live overseas, can I join up to the Sidewood Wine Club?
The Sidewood Wine Club is open to Australian residents only at this time.
4. Does Sidewood Estate take all major credit cards?
Sidewood Estate accepts VISA and Mastercard. Please note at this time Sidewood does not take Diners or AMEX.
5. Your Username and Password
You will receive a welcome email from the Sidewood Wine Club when you successfully join which includes your digital Wine Club Member handbook, tasting notes, food pairing suggestions and instructions on how to use your exclusive Members only Wine Club online portal. Please ensure if you are doing any online shopping on www.sidewood.com.au outside your annual allocation that you are logged in as a Member to access your benefits. If you don’t receive your username and password or have lost it, please contact your Membership Manager on 08 8389 9234 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
On joining the Sidewood Wine Club you are also agreeing to have your nominated credit card charged for two x six bottle allocations per annum, and any extra wine you have nominated to receive. You will be charged for your introductory six pack, so you can start enjoying the benefits of your membership immediately. You can change your delivery at any time BEFORE allocation processing date by calling us on 08 8389 9234 or emailing email@example.com
You will be notified the week before allocation by email that we are about to charge your nominated credit card – you are responsible for making sure to check your junk emails for this notification.
All changes to allocations MUST be made within 48 hours after processing. After your wine is dispatched we will not change your order unless you have by mistake received the wrong wines.

1. What happens if hot weather is forecasted when my allocation month is?
If your allocation falls over the hotter months and you haven’t received it within 10 working days of your credit card being processed it could be because of extreme heat.
Sidewood Estate reserves the right to hold/delay shipments during periods when there is extreme hot weather forecasted to ensure the quality of your wine isn’t compromised. Sidewood endeavours to ensure the prompt delivery of your purchase when Sidewood deems the forecasted weather is suitable for transportation.
Please note that all Sidewood Estate wines and ciders are stored in fully climate controlled facilities and Sidewood do not cover or accept any responsibility for hot weather transport damage.

1. Membership Requirements
To join the Wine Club, you must be 18 years of age or over and reside in Australia, upon submission of registration to the Wine Club you agree to the following terms and conditions of membership.
Sidewood reserves the right to request and verify identification and information from Members relevant to participation in the Wine Club. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 years of age to order wine.
Members shipments are for personal consumption only and are not to be used for retail sale, Sidewood reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is in anyway interfering with the operations of the Wine Club.
A Sidewood Wine Club Membership is non-transferrable and Members are not permitted to allow others to use their account, Sidewood reserves the right to disqualify any Members not adhering to this policy.

It is the Member’s responsibility to update their delivery details on their online member accounts or by contacting email@example.com. Any additional delivery charges or fees that are incurred due to an incorrect member address will be the responsibility of the member.

You are able to cancel your subscription any time before we charge your credit card for your next delivery, please ensure it’s in writing with your reasoning to email@example.com.
Sidewood utilises Staff, Australia Post, Wine Delivery Australia and APD delivery services. Quoted delivery times are given as an approximate only and to the extent permitted by law Sidewood will not be liable to a Member for failure to supply or deliver wines if out of Sidewood’s control.
All risk of loss, damage or deterioration of products is passed to the member from the time that the wines are delivered.
If a wine obtained through Wine Club is faulty notice must be given in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation within five days of delivery. Sidewood reserves the right to not exchange or refund damaged or opened wines after delivery. Sidewood will replace or refund damaged wine and pay for any additional delivery as they deem reasonable and fair.
Sidewood reserves the right to refuse requests to exchange and refund wine after it has been delivered.
Sidewood assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive communications or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical telecommunications problems including security breaches. Sidewood will act under the approval of any relevant authority to modify or terminate membership.
Sidewood will endeavour to keep prices updated whenever amendments take place as prices are subject to alteration. All wines are subject to availability and are the property of Sidewood until payment is received in full.
