2022 Sidewood Estate Rosé

We select and hand pick a small parcel of Tempranillo grapes from our family owned Ironstone Road vineyard in Echunga and ferment traditionally in aged French Oak Barriques. Beneath its pretty salmon pink appearance is a deceptively complex, serious Rosé wine with a bouquet of wild strawberries, cranberries and subtle vanilla. The wine has a crisp, dry palate of summer berries, spice and Red Delicious apple, maintaining the perfect balance of minerality, length and style.
