Our first, “experimental”, Rosato is a limited production of 1,800 bottles. A blend of 80% Aglianico and 20% Tempranillo, gently pressed off and cool fermented, partially in French oak barrels. This delightful summer wine has tantalizing fragrances of red currants, frangipani, and lychee followed by a refreshingly crisp palate of strawberry sorbet, black cherry and juicy summer berries. An elegant delight on its own or beautiful complement to seared Atlantic salmon, prawn cocktails and a sunny afternoon in the shade.
