Apple Cider Paired Quick and Easy Pulled Pork Sliders
Apple and pork is a classic match for good reason. The natural apple flavours in our Sidewood Apple Cider complements the tenderness of pulled pork, whilst the light carbonation and natural acidity of the cider cleanses the palate.
These sliders are always a quick and easy way to impress family and friends and they won’t even guess you’ve spent a grand total of five minutes prepping in the kitchen. Enjoy!
- 480g x slow cooked pork shoulder
- 1 x packet of slaw (we used American)
- 1 x apple
- 1 x packet of brioche buns
- BBQ sauce
Step One: Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Step Two: Cook pork for 20 minutes in an oven safe dish then pull apart using two forks
Step Three: Grill brioche buns until toasted then set aside
Step Four: Peel apple and set aside
Step Five: Add a layer of slaw to brioche buns
Step Six: Add a layer of peeled apple
Step Seven: Add a layer of slaw
Step Eight: Add BBQ sauce
Step Nine: Add lid of brioche bun and pair with Sidewood Apple Cider
Step Ten: Enjoy!
