Steve’s Sidewood Cider Onions
Sidewood’s National Sales Manager, Steve Dundon’s Sidewood Cider onions on the BBQ for staff lunches have become somewhat of a lunchtime staple that we all look forward to. What began as an accident has become a necessity at all staff BBQ’s which is why we thought we’d share his recipe with you for you to make them at home (they’re delicious!).
“Sidewood Apple Cider has low sugar but fresh crunchy acidity and a huge amount of fresh aromatics. The cider glaze adds a subtle apple flavour and make sure you drink the rest of the Cider with lunch!” Steve said.
